How To Make Your Penis Bigger…

March 30th, 2006 by Shanna Health Solution Team

Penis size is a sensitive issue for many men and penis enlargement is a big business. But, before you try the numerous products on the market promising to make your penis bigger, know the facts and beware of false techniques.

The most effective penis enlargement product on the market to day is probably the Penis Extender Device.

These have been around for a number of years now and can be very effective. One of the best known is the ProExtender system that comes with a traction unit, herbal penis enlargement pills, herbal semen enhancing pills and an exercise cd.

But the question is do you really need these devices? After all the prime purpose of your penis for your woman is to give her pleasure. And as far as 90% of women are concerned the perfect penis is about 6 inches in length and the diameter of a polish sausage. Interestingly, sex toys manufacturers find their best selling dildo is about this size, too.

And believe it or not but the vast majority of men have a penis in that range. Still, the whole male race tend to lose all sense of reality when it comes to the big fellah. The bigger it is the more manly they feel. It is small wonder then that more and more of them turn to all kinds of penis enhancement methods. From the surgeon’s scalpel to self-treatment methods, all to achieve the goal of a bigger penis. Many of these methods can bring about the desired effect, but their effectiveness and safety may be very different.

And here’s something else to bear in mind. The size of your dick bears no relation to sexual pleasure.

Being a sensitive, considerate lover is more likely to make your partner’s eyes water. Touching, cuddling and foreplay will impress and satisfy your lady much more that just having a large penis.

Here’s a couple of easy ways to make your penis look bigger.

Simply cut down your pubic hair, or shave it completely. This will reveal more of your genitals. All that undergrowth could be hiding a vital inch!

Look at your weight – men with beer bellies or who are generally overweight often lose sight of their fellah completely. The more fatty tissue you’re carrying around the abdomen and thighs, the more likely it is that your penis will seem to shrink. It’s an optical illusion, but a determined weight reduction program could help you see your penis in a new light.

The bottom line is stop watching bigcock porn and wake up to reality. Keep yourself healthy, eat good food, quit smoking, do regular exercises and if you must, take safe herbal pills such as VigRX Plus and you’ll be all right.

The Truth About Penis Enlargement Pills

March 27th, 2006 by Shanna Health Solution Team

First off before you read any further penis enlargement pills when taken on their own do not work to make your penis any bigger. Now, if they call them penis enhancement pills there’s a good chance they are telling the truth.

Pills do not work on their own but can be effective as a supplement to speed up and enhance the gains from exercises and devices. Penis enhancement pills internally stimulate development of the erectile chambers allowing for more blood to be held, which gives a longer and thicker erection.

When used in conjunction with exercises or enlargement devices as well as enhancing the look of the penis the following benefits have been reported:
o Erection strengthening (hardening)
o Increased sexual stamina
o Increased head size
o More intense orgasms
o Higher sex drive
o Treatment of impotence
o Increased sperm production
o Overall improvement in sexual function
o Increased orgasm intensity.

The ingredients in the enhancement pills are of course important as some pills have no ingredients that will help at all. Some of the most important ingredients to look for (and what they do) are listed below:

L-Arginine is an amino acid that stimulates growth hormone release and improves the immune system. This amazing amino acid totally increases ejaculatory volume levels and orgasm intensity when taken on a regular basis. It is also said to increase sperm production.

The Ginkgo Biloba leaf extract helps with blood circulation and increases the supply of oxygen to the heart, brain and all body parts. In men, it increases the arterial inflow to erectile tissues through arteries and veins without any change to systemic blood pressure.

Panax Ginseng is one of the most popular medicinal plant in China. It is used for mental and physical revitalizing effect on the whole body. Ginseng universally fights weakness and gives more energy. It develops the endocrine gland function and has a good effect on the sex glands. Aside from enhancing athletic performance, Panax Ginseng rejuvenates and increases longevity.

Catuaba is in the area of treating incapacity of the male genital organs. It is an innocent aphrodisiac, safe and highly effective for long term use.

Zinc Gluconate is important for the male reproductive system. Zinc is also essential for healthy prostate function. Testosterone, the most essential anabolic our bodies naturally produce, is recognized to be closely interrelated with zinc.

When choosing an enhancement pill remember to check the ingredients. All good pill sites should contain a list of the ingredients that their pills have in them.

Another point to note is dangerous ingredients. Any pill that contains Yohimbe should always be avoided as it has had a warning placing on it by the FDA.

If you just want your penis to be bigger when you need it, a cheaper alternative is erection or enhancement oils.

Enhancement oils are designed to penetrate the deepest layers of the penile tissue and testicles instantaneously, and give noticeable results within 30 – 90 seconds. The oil is rubbed in a short time before you need it. Because the absorption is direct to the genitals using the transdermal method, 95% of the beneficial ingredients are absorbed, compared to approx 5 to 10% with an herbal capsule or tablet.

You can read more about enhancement oils here

Spice up your relationship

March 25th, 2006 by Shanna Health Solution Team

Life is made of a lot things that we either hate or love. All of us is busy trying to avoid those we hate and to get as much as possible of the things we love. Relationships, however, are among the rare things that are entirely up to us. Relationships can be amazing or horrible. It’s the feeling between two partners, the chemistry and the experience that count. If you love eachother and know enough about yourself and the world to avoid mistakes then you’ll have a fine relationship. If you and your partner are also satisfied with each other in bed, then heaven is one step away.
Discovery is one of the keys to the kingdom of love. You have to know how to time it and how to do it. Don’t leave it out of the relationship or it will go sour. Don’t hurry it either or pretty soon there’ll be nothing left to explore. Wanting to know your partner completely is fine, but don’t try to learn it all in the first three months. This is a development you can spread over a couple of years, so you can leave little secrets for future discoveries and preparing surprises for your partner.

The same goes for intercourse and its task in a relationship. For some people, sex is the great channel that binds a relationship and makes it good. No chance of it being the main course here.

Regardless of what you want sex to be in your relationship, the act of physical pleasure should gain from the passion to explore that we have discussed above. Many women and men who say sex is a modern passion that shouldn’t be given more than its proper place in a relation, have little idea of what sex can really be. The combinations of positions and moves available for both foreplay and sex are virtually unlimited and the pleasure of continuous exploration for things that could further enhance the experience for both partners is like buying a nice new car or jewel and finding a case full of money in the trunk or an extra diamond in the box.

However, we know that searching for tricks, tips and hints may be a difficult business. Many people just don’t have the time for it, especially in today’s busy world. A thorough understanding of sexual techniques is perfect for men and women looking for the ultimate sensual experience and we could all use a guide or list or some tips every once in a while.

Women’s Thoughts on Penis Size

March 23rd, 2006 by Shanna Health Solution Team

Some admit it some not but we all think about the penis size! Pushed by the media, mainly in TV shows and TV series or genuine just interest, the penis size is a concern and a standard today’s women consider. We actually see a trend in women leaving their man because of a small penis!

Now, as a man you would be willing to do something, anything to be in great shape but wouldn’t you want to know exactly if the penis size does really matter to women?

From a woman’s point of view the penis size issue has two sides: either women saying the bigger the better or the size doesn’t matter! Which ones are right? Women that like large penises want to feel dominant. The others only see man over concerned with an issue that is not real since the most sensitive sexual area for a woman is around the vagina’s opening so in fact a longer penis wouldn’t make a difference.
Now letting alone there two hypothesis, fact is a longer penis is more able to have an erection than a “shorty”! No erection during the sexual act means only dissatisfaction and complications in a relationship. Also, a longer penis usually means larger girth and therefore more friction and pleasure during sex for both the man and the woman!.

The men also looks as the penis size issue with interest: a longer and bigger penis, a penis size above average means more confidence, superiority over men with smaller penises, a sign of masculinity. Al men want a bigger penis! Even the well endorsed ones wish a bigger one!!!

Based on these facts, there are an increased number of people willing to do the effort to enlarge their penis if they have the right product. A few companies focused on providing penis enlargement solutions. Something effective, something to restore male’s confidence, something to replace insecurity and lack of confidence with relief and enjoyment.

Some men choose the extreme way of surgery with all its risks, just to be a better man. Some are not so convinced surgery is a safe procedure (not to mention the budget one would need for phalloplasty!) and use alternative penis enlargement methods.

Some use penis pumps, not so effective and without the benefit of a permanent penis growth. Others use penis pills. Most women recommend herbal pills, because of the safe and natural ingredients. Products like VigRX Plusâ„¢ contain natural ingredients from all over the world helping the blood flow, relieving stress, stimulating the nervous system and helping with erectile dysfunctions.

A bigger penis is better, but getting there the safe way is even more important. Products like VigRX Plusâ„¢ have been scientifically proven to produce results in as little as two weeks!! These supplements can be taken without the doctor’s prescription any time a man has erectile problems or premature ejaculation. Even doctors use for themselves these products!

To please your woman is important but maybe more important is what works for you, that can produce the results you will both be happy with. To take care of you body is ultimately your priority and that you should always consider.

Using Contraceptives for the first time?

March 21st, 2006 by Shanna Health Solution Team

Using contraceptives for the first time can be daunting and stressful. Before you rush out for those contraceptives ask yourself “Am I really ready for sex?” Running through these few questions with a simple YES or NO answer may help you to be really sure:

* Is someone putting the hard word on you to have sex, especially your boyfriend?

* Do you want to have sex before marriage or before living with someone?

* Are you forcing the sex issue with your partner?

* Do you know the person you are considering having sex with really, really well?

* Are you absolutely certain that your intended sex partner doesn’t have (or has never had) a sexually transmitted disease (STD), or even HIV/AIDS? No it won’t just ‘go away’.

* Are you sure that YOU don’t have an STD that you could pass on? Almost 30% of sexually active teens contracted a new STD within a mere six months, even among condom users (Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, Sept 1995)

* If this relationship does not last, will I be glad that I had sex with this person?

* If I do get pregnant, (it only takes one sperm!) am I ready to be a single parent and can I afford it on my own?

* If I can’t face becoming pregnant right now, can I go through with an abortion or give my baby up for adoption?

Any ‘No’s in there? Or maybe you have doubts about continuing to be sexually active? If so, stand tall and take charge of your life at this point. It is responsible and sensible to wait till the timing is better for YOU. Just because ‘you’ve done it a few times already’ doesn’t mean you can’t stop for a while now (hopefully you aren’t pregnant yet and you don’t have an STD)

If you have been sexually active, just pop into a clinic and get checked out. There are plenty of places and people to talk to these days if you are confused about your relationship or sexual habits.

Trust your intuition- if it doesn’t feel right- it ISN”T- you don’t have to know why in your head.

Abstinence is practised by some young people so the use of contraceptives is not an issue for them yet ( if you want to try it- make it easier for yourself by avoiding situations where your hormones are at an unfair disadvantage, like the back seat of a car or a bedroom at a friend’s party!)

“But we don’t go all the way”

If you are having oral sex you can catch an STD. If you are engaging in mutual masturbation, sperm from hands can get into the vagina then they swim like hell so you CAN get preggers this way AND the little devils can get through clothing too, that’s why condoms are made of non porous, non woven material! If you think anal sex is safe- guess what? Those little spermies can spill over into your vagina then off they swim in search of your egg. These and other similar practices mean you ARE having sex so don’t kid yourself that you’re abstaining! You are also still at risk of pregnancy and/or sexually transmitted diseases.

If he is ‘putting it in’ halfway, pulling out before ejaculating or even if you are letting him ‘put it in’ for a second- you are having sex and you can get pregnant or catch a disease that, if untreated, could cause permanent damage to your reproductive system or even death in severe cases.

If you are absolutely determined to have sex, then find out all you can about birth control options and please BE SMART – not reckless with your sexual habits. Dying of AIDS can be agonising and bringing up a child alone is a huge responsibility.

If you wish to use an oral contraceptive pill as well as condoms, (because if it’s not on, ‘it’s not on!’ right?) then please read the information about the various types and their side effects (see sidebar headings on the RHS of this site) before discussing what’s best for YOU with your doctor.

Knowledge is power- ASK QUESTIONS and don’t be intimidated, it’s your body and you’re the one who will have to cop the consequences of your decisions, possibly for the rest of your life.

When the time is right- enjoying a great sex life with a great partner is wonderful but…you are a goddess- be smart, be safe and be choosy!

Sexual Stimulants And Aphrodisiacs

March 19th, 2006 by Shanna Health Solution Team

As we get older and our bodies start to deteriorate its becoming more and more important to maintain our sexual potency and boost our interest in sex itself. By using sexual stimulants and aphrodisiacs we can not only enhance our sex lives but also recapture and strengthen the feelings that make us feel young and more alive.

There is a clear difference between the modern laboratory developed aphrodisiacs such as Viagra and Cialis, and the ancient plant based aphrodisiacs such as Ginseng and Yohimbine. Modern aphrodisiacs are meant to be used as medication to solve specific problems such as erectile dysfunction and impotence whereas ancient aphrodisiacs are meant to be used as a way of increasing sex drive and sexual pleasure.
The most popular erection inducing drug on the market is Viagra which contains Sildenafil and works by widening the blood vessels in the penis to make attaining an erection easier as long as adequate stimulation is provided. Another popular drug is Cialis which contains Tadalafil and works in a similar way to Viagra by making blood flow into the penis easier. Both of these drugs are supposed to be prescription only in most countries around the world.

Although Viagra and Cialis work in a similar way, there are some differences between the two with the major one being how long the effects of the drug last. The effects of Viagra last for about four hours but the effects of Cialis last for about twelve hours or even up to eighteen hours which is why its known as the “weekend pill” which is a common nickname.

The problem with both Viagra and Cialis is that there are now known to be many different side effects that can effect people after they have taken the drug. These side effects can include headaches, dizziness, indigestion, muscle pain, and visual disturbances. Most of these side effects will go away after a few hours although back pain and muscle aches can continue to occur up to a day later. Both of these drugs can interact with other medications so its important to consult with your doctor before taking them.

As an alternative to modern laboratory developed aphrodisiacs, many people prefer to use ancient plant based aphrodisiacs such as Ginseng and Yohimbine. Although many different tests and studies have been done, the results have been inconclusive and its hard to prove just how effective both Ginseng and Yohimbine really are.

Ginseng is found mostly in China and Korea and is a slow growing herb which consists of a light coloured root, a single stalk, and long oval green leaves. Ginseng can improve blood circulation which may help with erectile dysfunction and also increase libido. The side effects can include nausea and diarrhoea but this may be due to the fact that many products contain other substances and are not pure Ginseng.

Yohimbine is made from the bark of the tropical West African Yohimbe tree and is available as a herbal supplement or as a prescription medicine. Yohimbine can increase the dilation of blood vessels which can help men achieve and maintain an erection and it may also increase libido. The side effects can include nausea but at higher doses it can be more harmful and cause high blood pressure and insomnia.

Its important to note that all sexual stimulants and aphrodisiacs will effect people in different ways and not everyone will have the same results or the same side effects. Some people will achieve the desired effects while others will not so its just a case of finding out which one works best for you and caters for your specific needs.

The Tell-Tale Symptoms In Children And Adults of Acid Reflux And Sore Throats

March 17th, 2006 by Shanna Health Solution Team

The symptoms of acid reflux in both adults as well as children are very uncomfortable to say the very least. The affliction is usually associated with the terrible painful burning sensation that affects the alimentary canal. If someone happens to be lying down, the symptoms become aggravated. Acid reflux and a sore throat are very common symptoms of this disease.

Why Acid Reflux And Sore Throats Are Associated?
Amazingly, when people suffer from acid reflux, only a few of them rush to see their doctor for medical advice. These people somehow believe that their problem will disappear on its own. Very few people, unless they are really troubled by acidity will seek but doctors intervention to treat acid reflux. If left untreated, the acidity levels will grow and after some time the food that is in the stomach is thrown up the alimentary canal with some force and the food will reach the mouth. After that, the food is swallowed again or sometimes thrown out of the mouth.

If this process is repeated on a regular basis, then the acid will irritate the throat very badly and a person will experience all the symptoms of acute throat pain. Therefore, the association between acid reflux and sore throats. At this stage the person should immediately visit their doctor and have the proper treatment started. The sad thing is very few people take the acidity of the stomach seriously. Even fewer people associate acid reflux and sore throats in the right perspective. They would rather just take a painkiller and drink some hot tea, thinking that they are suffering from a slight flu, rather than an acute acid reflux.

The Dangers Associated By Letting The Acid Reflux Fester

When the acid reflects and sore throats stage is reached, it is time to take the proper medicines to help neutralize the acid that is rising in the esophagus. As well, making sure that having the proper diet is in place so that it will not aggravate the situation any further. If left untreated for too long, it can literally burn up the inside of the alimentary canal. In fact, it can become so bad that even belching would be painful for those who have esophagus damage in the form of bleeding ulcers.

It will be very difficult to drink or eat, once the ulcers have set in. The use of the alimentary canal (esophagus) will become very painful. You should never allow it to reach this far. Learn to identify the symptoms as early as possible and then get the proper treatment as soon as possible.

Chocolate: The sweeter lane to a healthy body

March 15th, 2006 by Shanna Health Solution Team

Just about everyone loves the taste of chocolate. Well the news is out that chocolate can actually benefit the body. Although the dark chocolate is bitterer than the semi-sweet the health benefits of dark chocolate are greater. Along with dark chocolate consuming red wine and green tea also have great health benefits. The main key is moderation, as with any indulgence of passion.

Dark chocolate contains antioxidants. There is a strong belief that antioxidants can reduce your chances of cardiac disease, cancer, and even high blood pressure. In addition these antioxidants improve endothelial cells, your digestive process, and kidney function. Dark chocolate helps fight bad cholesterol (LDL) and improves the circulation of blood from the heart to the brain. Furthermore there is belief that it has similar effects as aspirin does on the body in preventing stroke and heart attack (inhibiting platelet aggregation).

In the chocolate are flavonoids. These flavonoids interact with the natural antioxidation system in the body (the vitamins and enzymes). The flavonoids itself is not the actual benefit it is the reaction inside of the body that is tipped off by the ingestion of these powerful plant derived elements. When there is an imbalance of between the antioxidants and free radicals a level of oxidative stress is place on the body that will cause cellular damage. People suffering from anemia and kidney stones have been treated with flavonoids. Flavonoids that are found in chocolate have been used to help people who suffer from anemia, a poor appetite and kidney stones.

Where Do You Find Flavonoids? Fruits Vegetables (onions, parsley, legumes) Teas Wines (grape skins)

The body uses minerals such as copper and magnesium to maintain a functioning heart and blood pressure. Experts point to the dried extract of roasted cocoa beans as one of the best sources for dark chocolate. If you cannot consume the extract, then eating a 1.6-ounce chocolate bar is the second best option. This should introduce just an ample amount of ingredients to achieve some effect. Be aware however that chocolate is fattening and it contains caffeine so never overdo a good thing. There are several brand s of chocolate available on the market today and each person has to find a suitable taste for him or her. By eating only 2-3 squares of chocolate can be of great benefit to the body.

Eating chocolate is not the only way to keep a heart healthy. There are some specific contents in the chocolate that help. The most beneficial is the dark chocolate because of the flavonoids that it contains. Oddly enough the manufactures of the chocolate destroyed many of the flavonoids in the early days. Since the discovery of the health effects, manufacturers work very hard to maintain 95% of it in the product. Since the taste of dark chocolate is bitterer than semi-sweet, consider buying one with almonds and raisins of one of each. This can add a little flair and variety to the bar.

Eat Beans and Lentils and Savor Good Health!

March 13th, 2006 by Shanna Health Solution Team

What good are they? You may not realize the benefits of eating a food that is not very interesting or exciting. There are ways to make boring food exciting. Aside from being boring they should be a part of your healthy diet. They contain an abundance of protein and fiber and are low in fat content. In addition they contain antioxidants and something called phytochemicals. Diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer and inflammatory diseases can be prevented or minimized through eating phytochemicals. In particular black beans contain soluble fiber, which is effective in lowering the bad cholesterol (LDL) by up to 24%, in turn can lower your blood pressure. These beans can also keep sugar levels at a healthier level thus blocking the effects of hunger for diabetics. This concept may lead to a reduction or elimination for the need of insulin in the diabetics. Black beans are not the only beans that are chocked full of fiber- so are many other types of beans and peas as well. The most popular kinds of beans and peas include chickpeas (or garbanzo beans), lima beans, fava beans, kidney beans, black-eyed peas, navy beans, pinto beans and great northern beans.
Lentils are rich in many nutrients but are particularly rich when it comes to the B vitamins. Consuming sufficient amounts of B vitamins from food sources such as lentils and other foods can help to prevent heart attacks. Besides B vitamins, lentils are also very rich in protein, fiber and a variety of minerals such as ones that help support the strength of the immune system. Examples of these are copper, zinc and manganese. Iron is another mineral that lentils are rich in.

Miso is not a household food by any means but it is a very healthy one. Miso is a type of soybean paste that is often used as a seasoning for sauces and soups. Miso is rich in substances called isoflavones which are believed to help protect against the development and growth of breast cancer because they inhibit the growth of the blood vessels that are responsible fro the rapid growth of tumors.

Also rich in both iron and calcium (when it is sufficiently processed with the salts of calcium) is soybean curd or tofu. Other soy products that boast high levels of vitaimin A, B6, magnesium and zinc is tempeh. Tempeh has slightly lower levels of fat in it than does tofu. Other soy products that are worth considering because of their nutritional value include soymilk and other soy beverages such as chocolate soymilk, soy nuts, soy yogurt, tofu (as previously mentioned) and a variety of products made from tofu.

All soy products derive from soybeans and this means that they are high in protein content. Protein is made up of all of the essential amino acids that the body needs to function at its healthiest. Soybeans are also extremely rich in all of the B vitamins, as well as fiber, the omega 3 fatty acids, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and phosphorus.

Blood Clot Formation

March 9th, 2006 by Shanna Health Solution Team

Blood Clot Formation

If you ever wanted to know how blood clots, I am going to venture the explanation.

Blood clotting is simply to formation of a patch of blood products that create a band aid for the body. The blood can clot by means on internal (INTRINSIC) and external (EXTRINSIC) process.

Internal: is the INTRINSIC pathway of clotting inside of the blood vessel External: also called the EXTRINSIC is outside of the blood vessel; tissue injury

The primary basis for injury is exposure of the collagen that is under the endothelial (basic surface cells) linings of vessels and tissues. Collagen is the major protein in the formation of bone, ligaments, tendons, and teeth. Furthermore it provides a higher tensile strength to blood vessels. The presence of collagen in the skin is what gives it its elasticity: wrinkles come from degradation of the collagen in the skin. The important concept here is not the eye or the skin; it is the vessels in the body.
A blood clot can form from having an infection in the body, slow and turbulent blood flow to a vessel, bacterial endotoxins, formation of atheriosclerotic plaque (pre-existing), or stagnation of blood flow in a heart chamber. Atheriosclerotic plaques can develop from elevated cholesterol, smoking, poor diet, genetic predisposition, trauma, or lack of mobility (exercise is key in helping prevent clot formation).

Clots that form in the arteries, under higher pressures, are composed of platelet clumps that are bound together by fibrin protein strands. Clots in veins, under lower pressures are composed predominantly of red blood cells with fewer platelets, and contain a large amount of fibrin strands that are intertwined.

As the injured area is exposed circulating platelets begin to clump together (aggregate) at the site of injury. These platelets then release what we can simplify as transmitters to summon more platelets. The unique event is that the platelets change their shape and structure to expose a special layer of PHOPHOLIPIDS. This exposure assists these proteins that require that particular surface. These proteins (coagulation factors) cascade together to form a mesh called FIBRIN (which holds platelets together in a clot)

As this cascade continues it becomes very complex in regards to combinations of the other proteins involved.

When a clot forms it is called a thrombus (an example is the Deep Vein Thrombosis; DVT). If this thrombus becomes dislodged and it flows through circulation it is now referred to as an embolism (and example is the Embolic Stroke). These clots once lodged inside of a vessel will cause a slowing of blood flow or an obstruction of blood flow. If blood is diminished then there is a lack of nutrient exchange. If the clot blocks blood flow completely death of cells and tissues is most likely to occur. If cells tissues begin to die, the organ that they are associated with will not function properly.

The manner in which blood blots form will dictate the preventative measures. Blood clots can form as a result of high levels of cholesterol, smoking, poor diet, lack of exercise, surgery, trauma, autoimmune disorders, cardiac arrhythmias, pregnancy, and birth control pills. The list is probably endless, but prevention is paramount (aside from the unexpected)

Tips to reduce your chances of developing blood clots: Increasing mobility (improving circulation) Use of anti-clotting socks (like on long car and airplane rides) Stretching Improved diet with low fat and low cholesterol (aside from genetic disorders) Anti-Platelet drugs (another post will cover these) Electrocardiograms on a scheduled basis (monitor for arrhythmias) Exercise soon after surgery to mobilize blood flow Quitting smoking (no brainer)
